ICONIC SOLUTIONS — AI AUTOMATION, DESIGNED & BUILT
Manual work is a design flaw. We engineer it out.
Iconic Solutions finds the workflows where AI creates real leverage inside your business, then designs, builds, and deploys the systems that take them over — for good.
01 · Who we are
AI automation consulting and implementation for growing businesses
Inside most growing companies, people spend hours every week on work a machine could finish in seconds — copying data between tools, chasing follow-ups, triaging inboxes, rebuilding the same report. We find those workflows, rank them by leverage, and replace them with systems that run on their own.

02 · Why Iconic
What makes us the right automation partner
Plenty of consultants can point at your problems. We take responsibility for fixing them — the engagement isn't done until the system is live, documented, and running without us.
Automation that keeps running
Real-world systems need error handling, monitoring, and documentation — not just a happy-path demo. We build all three in from day one, so the automation still works six months after we leave.
Built on your existing tools
Your CRM, your inbox, your spreadsheets, your ticketing system. We wire automation into the stack you already run instead of selling you a new one to learn.
We ship, we don't just advise
A strategy deck never saved anyone an hour. We stay hands-on through build, deployment, and handover — and train your team to own the system outright.
03 · Services
What we design and build
AI Agent Development
Custom AI agents that take over research, drafting, classification, and decision-support work — built around your data and deployed inside your workflow, not in a chat window off to the side.
Operations & Process Automation
End-to-end workflow systems that move data between your tools, enforce your process, and remove the manual handoffs where work stalls and errors creep in.
Customer Support Automation
Systems that read, classify, and route every inbound message — drafting accurate replies from your own knowledge base so response times drop from hours to minutes.
Marketing Automation
AI-powered pipelines for campaigns, content production, and lead nurture — so pipeline stays consistent without the late nights that usually stand behind it.
Revenue Operations Automation
Clean data, automated pipeline hygiene, instant lead response, and reporting your leadership team actually trusts — revenue operations that run themselves so sellers can sell.
04 · The handover
What your team stops doing. What the system takes over.
Your team stops
- Copying data between the CRM and spreadsheets
- Reading and routing every inbound email by hand
- Chasing leads with manual follow-up messages
- Rebuilding the same weekly report from scratch
- Answering the same customer questions on repeat
- Re-entering the same information into three tools
The system runs
- Records sync across every tool, automatically
- Messages classified, routed, and drafted in minutes
- Every lead gets a first touch within seconds
- Reports compile themselves and land by morning
- Answers drawn from your own knowledge base
- One entry, everywhere it needs to be
EVERY SYSTEM SHIPS DOCUMENTED, MONITORED, AND OWNED FULLY BY YOUR TEAM.
05 · How we work
The Iconic Automation Framework
A clear, repeatable method for finding, building, and running AI automation inside your business.
STEP 1 — MAP
Audit your workflows
We trace how work actually moves through your team and rank every automation opportunity by hours saved, revenue impact, and build effort.
STEP 2 — BUILD
Design around your stack
We design and build the system on the tools you already run, with error handling and monitoring included — reviewed with your team at every stage.
STEP 3 — RUN
Deploy and hand over
The system goes live, your team gets trained and documented ownership, and we stay on call through the first weeks of real-world use.
06 · Engagements
Consulting vs. Implementation vs. Transformation
Three ways to work with us, depending on where you are. Not sure which fits? That's exactly what the free call is for.
| AI Consulting | AI Implementation | AI Transformation | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Best for | Teams mapping their automation opportunities before committing to a build | Teams with a specific workflow that needs to stop being manual | Teams ready to run automation across their entire operation |
| Deliverable | Workflow audit + prioritized automation roadmap | A live, deployed automation system | The full Iconic Automation Framework, installed |
| Timeline | 2–3 weeks | 4–8 weeks | 10–18 weeks |
| You get | Expert assessment + ranked action plan | Working system, documented and handed over | Automation across every function, owned by your team |
Most growing teams are about five automations away from feeling in control.

Everything clients ask before starting
How quickly will we see a return?+
Because we start with your highest-frequency workflows, the payback tends to come fast — most clients recover the cost of an engagement within the first quarter of the system running. The audit stage exists partly to make sure of that: we rank opportunities by return before anything gets built.
How long does implementation take?+
Audits wrap in two to three weeks. A single-workflow build typically takes four to eight weeks from kickoff to deployment. A full transformation engagement runs ten to eighteen weeks depending on scope. We agree the timeline up front and we don't pad it.
What industries do you work with?+
We've focused on SaaS, professional services, e-commerce, logistics, and real estate — but the industry matters less than the problem. If your team has repetitive workflows and a backlog of manual tasks, the conversation is worth having.
Do we own the systems you build?+
Yes, completely. There are no proprietary lock-ins and no forced retainers. Every system is documented, your team is trained on it, and ownership transfers fully at the end of the engagement. If you'd like ongoing support afterward, that's available — but it's optional.
How do I know if automation is a good fit for us?+
If people on your team regularly do work that follows a predictable pattern — data entry, report generation, lead qualification, follow-ups, routing information between tools — there's almost certainly a fit. The free call exists to answer this honestly, including telling you if the timing isn't right yet.
Will automation replace my team?+
No. The goal is to take over the work that never needed a person, so your people can spend their time on the work that does. In our experience, teams tend to grow after automating because the bottlenecks holding them back are gone.
